Running a program or community?
Participants who actually follow through.
One workshop on the topic your cohort needs most, or an accountability track that keeps them moving after the energy of week one fades.

I hear you, we have all been there. Without momentum and action, most good ideas quietly die.
What brings them back to life: a clear plan, the right priorities, help untangling whatever’s blocking you, and someone in your corner along the way.

Work with meWhen it happens
The launch is live. The workshop happened. The conference is done. You did what you said you’d do, and you have something real to show for it.
No more 2 a.m. to-do lists and midnight rumination. You know your next move, and the one after that. The momentum is back, and the finish line feels reachable again.
Rubber ducks are great listeners, but even their company gets lonely. With me, you get someone checking in every week and, where it helps & if possible, introductions to people who can help you move faster.
In their words
Spotted the gaps before they became problems
“You find holes in my plans that I’d never have thought of myself.”
Better together than alone
“I already know my project is going to be so much better than if I’d done it alone.”
Why I work this way
Most people don’t need more motivation, another planner or a new app. They need someone to help them pick the right thing, then notice when it stalls. That’s me, hi!
For nearly ten years, across tech teams, startups, events and communities, I’ve seen the same thing: people rarely get stuck on the task itself. They get stuck on what’s underneath it. So I start with curiosity: I ask questions until we find what’s really going on, then build the structure around it, together.
As I like to say — a band aid is a great invention, but won’t do much if you have a broken leg.
The systems of a project manager, the care of a community builder.
