Curiosity before plans.
Good plans come from good questions, not ready-made answers, and I am one curious creature.
About me
The short version
Project manager for ~10 years. People person for longer. Now I help people, programs and teams cut the busy work and finish what matters, most likely with my dog in my lap.
Where it started
People had been coming to me for direction all along.
When figuring out what I truly wanted to do — a combination of what I am good at, what sparks joy and what could bring some good into the world — I naively asked my parents what I was good at as a kid. Mom said I was good at singing. Dad just mostly laughed and said I was always the štajger (the miners’ word for “the leader/boss”) on the playground. At first, it felt like I must have been a difficult kid, always bossin’ people around.
Years later, as I was helping my friend launch her own business, she completely stopped me in my tracks by saying: “Klavdija, I just love talking to you. You always help me figure out what to do next. How do you know so much?”
It got me thinking… what if I was the “štajger” because people always came to me for direction, suggestions and ideas? And so it clicked.
From creating games to play as kids & running the playground, to running projects and building dreams, my role is the same: helping people figure out what’s next, and getting there together.
What I learned
In nearly ten years of running projects, across web agencies, smart mobility, fintech and Web3, I’ve learned one thing above everything else: relationships decide how good, and how fun, a project is going to be.
The clearest proof came at a fully remote company that grew from 11 to 85+ people across 12+ time zones. Next to my project work, I led our community, social events, offsites and an internal AI hackathon. People who had only ever swapped a Slack message ended up working brilliantly together, and two of the products they built made it onto the roadmap. I watched that switch happen, and I’ve been chasing it ever since.
The experience
Caring is how I work & shipping is what I’m here for.
I’ve spent nearly ten years taking projects from a rough idea to something real, in the hands of real users.
As a Technical Project Manager at Immunefi, a Web3 security company, I led an AI triage agent from first concept through five versions, from v0.1 to v0.5. I set the milestones, coordinated engineering and triage teams, ran evaluation cycles, and shaped the commercial angle. I also delivered Immunefi Vaults from start to finish, ran sprint and capacity planning, and built the processes and sales materials that helped the team sell what we built.
Before that, I was COO and then CPO at a fintech startup. In smart mobility, I led a carsharing pilot with Toyota end to end, from shaping the idea with partners through wireframes, development and launch, and I project-managed a multimodal mobility app with the City of Ljubljana and its public transport operator, LPP.
So when I help you with your goal, you get both: someone who genuinely cares whether you make it, and someone who knows how to get a project over the finish line.
My path so far
Operations, coworking and my first hackathons, where I fell in love with developing ideas from the start.
COO, then CPO. MKB FintechLab Accelerator.
Business development, EIT Digital projects, Toyota DriveMe, City as a Lab Summits.
Executive Assistant → Technical Project Coordinator → Technical Project Manager.
A community for former Airbnb employees, and my own practice.
Why I do this now
Seeing how far they got, and hearing what it meant to them, made the next step obvious.
How I work
Good plans come from good questions, not ready-made answers, and I am one curious creature.
Pure discipline works for some people. For others it’s the fastest way to quit. We find what works for you.
The most common way startups stumble: building from their vision without checking whether anyone actually needs it. So when it fits your project, we test the idea early, with real customer conversations (hello, Mom Test) and your business mapped on one page.
When a sales process kept stalling, I interviewed the people using it, found where it actually hurt, and rebuilt it in a way people loved using it. That made it run more smoothly and successfully.
I don’t just check that you’re doing tasks. I make sure they’re the right tasks.
If someone in my network can help you move forward, I’ll introduce you. Community and human connection are things no tool can replace.
All projects
Immunefi · People
Ran 30+ one-on-one listening interviews to find out what the team really needed, and how to move forward.
Immunefi · Culture
Rolled out HeyTaco and made recognition a habit: participation went from 33% to 88.9%.
Immunefi · Product
Led it from first concept through five versions (v0.1 to v0.5): milestones, engineering coordination, evaluation cycles.
AV Living Lab · Mobility
Led a carsharing pilot end to end, from shaping the idea with partners to wireframes, development and launch.
Immunefi · Product
Managed from development phase to GTM, including launch.
Immunefi · Sales ops
Spotted it stalling, interviewed the team, and rolled out a new process and templates everyone used.
Immunefi · Culture
People who’d only met on Slack built two products that made it onto the roadmap. Workshops, energizers and fun activities guaranteed.
Ethereum Foundation
Co-organized a CTF hacking competition and doubled participation in partnership with Ethereum Foundation.
City of Ljubljana · LPP
Project-managed the app, wireframed it, worked with developers and chose the stops with the city.
AV Living Lab · Events
Ran three international conferences, from speakers and marketing to operations. Led the E-mobility & Logistics and Smart Factories round tables.
EU project
Helped with development and testing of PWAS, an EIT Digital project, including testing in a live environment, collecting feedback and continued research.
Space Invoices · Fintech
Ran operations, then product, at an early-stage invoicing startup. Also pitched on stage for the first time!
ABC Accelerator · Coworking
Ran the coworking space: member tours and onboarding, brunches and board-game nights, community building, hackathon operations, plus assisting in marketing for EU-funded projects.
Outside work
Add video games and any excuse to bring people together, and that’s most of my free time.
A good day for me is when I help someone move forward, when I see someone gain momentum and feel proud of their work, or when I get to listen to someone talk about the thing they’re most passionate about.
