For programs & communities

Participants who actually follow through.

For entrepreneurship programs, incubators, coworking spaces and communities. Interactive, playful and practical sessions that turn good intentions into finished steps, and keep your cohort moving.

Topics I design sessions around

Shaped around your cohort

No off-the-shelf slides. Every session is designed for your participants’ stage and real projects, so they leave with a plan they can start on the next morning.

Let’s talk about your cohort

Prioritization

When everything feels urgent. Sort what matters now from what can wait, and leave with a short list you trust.

Know your customer

For founders “selling to everyone.” Map who your customer really is and the journey they take to buy.

Asking the right questions

How to talk to customers without fooling yourself, based on The Mom Test. Real answers instead of polite yeses.

Your business on one page

Lots of ideas, no clear model? Lay out what you offer, to whom, why it matters, and where the gaps are.

From big goal to first step

Turn ambition into a clear outcome and the next three steps, with an accountability partner from the room.

Building community from scratch

For spaces where people share a room but not a community: member journey, rituals and onboarding.

Retro and reset

A safe, structured look at what’s working, what’s stuck and what to change, ending in clear commitments.

Something else?

Accountability tracks for whole cohorts, energizers, hackathons, or a topic your participants need.

Let’s talk

How it works

From first call to next steps & follow-through

  1. Intro call

We look at your cohort, your goals and the gap you want to fill.

  2. Tailored session

I design the session around your participants’ stage and real projects.

  3. Run it

In person or online, interactive from the first minute.

  4. Keep it going

Optional accountability track so the plans made in the room actually happen.

Free worksheet for your participants

Keep your cohort moving after the session.

A printable worksheet your participants can use after any workshop: one clear goal, their next steps, and five-minute Friday check-ins for a month. Share it freely with your cohort.

You’ll get the download either way. See the privacy policy.

FAQ

Good to know

How long is a workshop?
It depends on your needs. I’m happy to do a half day (3–4 hours), a full day, or a short series if you want participants to come back with progress. We’ll pick the format that fits your goals, budget and your cohort’s schedule.
Online or in person?
Both. Online sessions run on Google Meet or your platform of choice. In person, I’m based in Škofja Loka and happy to travel across Slovenia or abroad. Travel expenses are charged separately.
How many participants can you work with?
It depends on the goal of the workshop. For conversations about real blockers and moving forward, groups of 4 work best. Other workshops work best with around 8–15 people, so everyone gets to work on their own project. For bigger groups, we can split into breakout tracks.
Can you adapt it to our cohort?
Always. Every session is shaped around your participants’ stage and real projects. That’s the point.
What do participants leave with?
A clear next step on their own project, a worksheet they can keep using after the session, and hopefully a bit of joy, because they had fun.
